Our expertise is in commercial construction in the Phoenix metro area. We have successfully completed ground up buildings and tenant improvements for college campuses, restaurants, strip malls, medical and dental offices, retail shops, club houses and over 100 gyms. Imagine Builders is also available for luxury custom home remodeling.

We are busy building dreams throughout the valley in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler, Gilbert and beyond.

Tom Farnam

CEO and managing partner

Thomas J. Farnam has been both a developer and general contractor for over 30 years.  During that time he successfully completed more than 1,400 commercial tenant improvement projects, 100 gyms, and developed more than 50 ground-up commercial building projects in the Greater Phoenix Market. Additionally, he has completed dozens of ground-up Custom Homes and many Custom Remodels. Always ready with a joke, he regularly charms clients with his gregarious personality.

Tom currently serves as Imagine Builders Managing Partner and CEO.  He has extensive experience in Management and Operational Control as well as New Project Development expertise. His focus remains centered on the future of the company’s sales efforts, direct project supervision and the warranty department to ensure excellent value and quality from project inception to completion. Additionally, Tom is a managing partner for New Vision Mechanical, a full service HVAC Company.

Tom completed studies for his MBA in Business Administration at Arizona State University. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona.  He completed Air Force Pilot Training School at Williams AFB and is a decorated combat pilot from the Vietnam War.

Grace Burruel-Farnam serves as the CFO of Imagine Builders, and keeps the costs in line so that Imagine Builders can offer exceptional value for its high quality construction. Previous to working with her husband, she received a Ph. D. from the University of Denver and practiced clinical social work.

Ara Farnam-Levinson is the Creative Director of Imagine Builders. She is also the owner and Creative Director of Rock Paper Scissors Events.

While Brandie Farnam does not have an official role in the company, she certainly does offer valuable insights from her experience as a Certified Financial Planner
